is located directly on the Beach, open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Offer a great variety of selection both International and Indonesian delights a la carte, Set Menu or Buffet.

Matahari Bar
is an ideal place to quench the thirst while having the sun bathing and enjoy the beautiful view of Sanur Beach facing Mount Agung in the North East and Nusa Penida Island in the East. Provide a great variety of Tropical Fruit Juice and alcoholic beverages

Sanur: The first and most classical tourist destination of Bali, where the peaceful, natural and beautiful fishing village, white sandy beach make the sunrise the most beautiful thing in Bali. It is 20 minutes drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, 5 minutes to the capital city – Denpasar, and a short distance to the other favorite destinations and attractions of Bali.
Sanur was an important place in Balinese history, where the Dutch Army landed an expeditionary force of 2.000 men on September 1906 to start the war with the local king and his followers which was known as ‘Puputan’ – the fight to the end.

“Le Mayeur” Museum: Located at Sanur Beach, this museum is the place to see Balinese arts and historical items. The museum was built by a Belgian painter who married a Balinese dancer named Ni Polok in 1932.

Sanur Art Market: This market consists of two blocks at the Northern and Southern parts of the beach, where most Balinese arts are available can be reached in 5 minutes walk along the Sanur Beach sidewalk.

Rates above are inclusive of benefits:

Minimum Stay Requirements:

• Peak Season: 5 nights
• High Season: 3 nights
• Low Season: 2 nights

Seasonal periods:

• Peak Season: August 1 – 31, December 20 to January 8
• High Season: July 1 – 31, September 1 – 15 , Chinese New Year & Easter.
• Low Season: September 16 – December 19

The villa standard check in/out time:

• Check-in time : 14:00
• Check-out time : before 12:00
• In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.

Damage or Loss
The villa management highly recommends our guests leave the property in good order. We shall charge our guests for any damages or losses incurred by any guest during their occupancy.

Liability/Disclaimers
The villa management highly recommends all of our guests take out a comprehensive travel insurance. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage and additional expense caused by the use of the property. Further, no responsibility is accepted for personal belongings. However, the villa management and staff will do our best to assist our guests as the safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us.

Food & Beverage Charges
The villa management only charges for Food & Beverage at the cost of the ingredients and minimum labor. Your invoice for the expenses will be given when you check out. Please pay your Food & Beverage and other expenses such as laundry in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).

Booking term and condition:

• A 50% deposit from the total rental value is required due to secure the booking.
• Deposits must be received by the villa within 5 working days after the relevant invoice has been sent and otherwise the booking we assumed is NOT materialized.
• The payment should be in US Dollars
• The balance of payment is required to settle at 30 days prior arrival date for low season booking, 45 days for high season and 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings.
• The reservation to be confirmed when the payments is received by the villa.
• For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less) then full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits will be refunded in full less USD 250.00 if the reservation is cancelled at 61 days or more prior to arrival date(91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings).
• In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival (or 91 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) the deposit will be forfeited.
• Notice of cancellation must be received by the villa in writing.
• Final payments are non-refundable.
